What will shipping cost, and when will it arrive?

Checkout shows eligible delivery options and charges for your address. Normal preparation is about 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization; estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and arrival is not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for tracking and delay guidance.

Can I return an item just because I changed my mind?

Our voluntary policy covers problem goods, not personal preference, mistaken size or option choices, or no-reason returns. For damage, defects, wrong goods, missing parts or a material description mismatch, apply within 30 calendar days after delivery and wait for approval before returning anything. When is a refund sent?

An approved refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days of approval. The bank or provider may take longer to post it.
