Delivery choices

Eligible delivery addresses, available services and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Check the destination and total before authorizing payment; a product listing does not by itself promise free shipping.

Preparation and transit

Following successful payment authorization, normal order processing takes approximately 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. These are separate periods, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weekends and applicable holidays do not count as business days.

Keeping the shipment on track

Enter the full street address, any apartment or unit, city, region and postal code carefully. If information needs correction, contact us promptly; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. Tracking details are supplied when available, and a carrier may need time to post its first scan.

When a delivery needs attention

Weather, carrier disruption, busy periods and investigations can affect delivery. For a delayed or missing parcel, or a delivered scan without a parcel, check the delivery area and household, then send the order and tracking numbers to thivi63347@gmail.com. For damage, keep the packaging and photograph the parcel and contents. We will review the information and the appropriate next steps; delivery estimates do not remove statutory rights.
