Currency and available methods

Authorization and processing

Normal order processing begins after successful payment authorization. An issuer or payment provider may require verification or decline a request. Enter accurate billing details; a temporary authorization hold is not always a completed charge.

If payment is unsuccessful

Check the billing information and any verification request, and contact your issuer about a refusal or pending hold. Avoid repeated attempts that may create additional holds. If store assistance is needed, visit Contact Us without sending full card numbers or security codes.

Refunds and account credits
